This privacy policy describes how this self-hosted n8n automation instance ("the app") handles data. The app is operated by an individual for personal use and is not a commercial product or public service.
n8n is an open-source workflow automation tool. This instance is self-hosted, meaning it runs on infrastructure controlled by the operator rather than a third-party cloud service operated by the n8n company.
When you connect a Google account (or other third-party service) to this app, it may access data such as email, calendar, drive files, or other account information, depending on which permissions ("scopes") you grant during the connection process. Access is limited strictly to the scopes explicitly approved at the time of authorization.
Data processed by workflows is stored on the operator's own server infrastructure for as long as needed to run the configured automations, or until manually deleted by the operator.
Workflows may connect to third-party services (such as Google APIs) strictly to perform the automations you authorize. Each connected service is governed by its own privacy policy in addition to this one.
You can revoke this app's access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account permissions page.
